As a concerned bride, please be warned! Plain and simple – my dress was ugly, and the fabric was extremely cheap looking. It does not look like the dress on their site. They refused to give me a refund after I told them that this was false advertisement. The dress is now sitting in a box in my garage, it hurts my heart when I see it.. The customer service rep was so rude when I shared my experience. This company will definitely switch up their attitude once they have your money.

I am currently in a dispute with them, and have had to contact my credit card provider with info to back me up. This has turned out to be a stressful experience. I recommend you stay away from the headache and heartache – do NOT buy from weddingtrail.com. 129b3f1

The gown showed up at my door in a paper envelope (no surprise there given it's from China and it's a knockoff), but I was pretty disappointed with what I pulled out. Mangled threads and starchy (stiff) folds of layered fabric, which was supposed to be lace?! Really? I don't think so weddingtrail! They have a really deceptive return policy. So yes, I am stuck with this gown. Maybe if I had purchased with my credit card, I could despute this. For now, my advice is to never buy from weddingtrail.com. Stay aways from websites like these, it will save you stress and the feeling of anger.
